That particularly sloppy panel of Ketchie is the obligatory "just so you know, audience, these are the questions you should be asking right now, and no, you didn't miss the answer somewhere in the previous pages". It's a really tacky technique--for particularly tacky examples of this in action, see 'Eragon'.
